Refund policy

Return Policy – Bizumic Pro

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming tools (clippers and trimmers) cannot be returned unless defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
